هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن واقع اليقظة الذهنية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم والباحثين من الخرج بكليتي التربية والتربية النوعية بأسوان، اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي (التحليلي)، حيث قامت الباحثة بإعداد مقياس للتعرف على واقع اليقظة لدى الباحثين بكليتي التربية والتربية النوعية بأسوان، وتمثلت عينة البحث في عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس معاونيهم والباحثين من الخارج بكليتي التربية والتربية النوعية والبالغ عددها (247) باحث، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: التركيز على الهدف المراد تحقيقه من البحث، اليقظة في توظيف الأدوات البحثية المناسبة للوصول إلى المعلومة المطلوبة، الاطلاع على المعرفة الجديدة باستمرار، الوعي بتوجيهات الآخرين في البحث التربوي. وتوصل البحث أن هناك فروق دالة بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيما يتعلق بالوعي بأخلاقيات البحث التربوي، كذلك وجود فروق دالة بي معاوني أعضاء هيئة التدريس والباحثين من الخارج فيما يتعلق بالإنتاجية الجديدة، وقدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات لتوظيف اليقظة الذهنية لدى الباحثين في تطوير البحث التربوي بكليتي التربية والتربية النوعية. The research aims to uncover the reality of mental alertness among faculty members, their assistants and researchers from Al-Kharj in the faculties of education and quality education in Aswan. The research was based on descriptive (analytical-associative) the research sample consisted of a sample of faculty members, their assistants and researchers from abroad in the two faculties of education and quality education. The researcher reached (247) researchers. The research reached a number of results. The most important of these were the following: to access the required information, to learn about the new knowledge constantly, to understand the guidance of others in educational research. The research found that there are significant differences between the faculty members in terms of awareness of the ethics of educational research, as well as the existence of significant differences between the assistants of faculty members and researchers from abroad in terms of new productivity. The research presented a set of recommendations to employ mental alertness of researchers in the development of educational research in the two faculties of education and quality education.
