هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية الذات الأكاديمية وعلاقتها بالاتجاه نحو التفكير الناقد، واتّبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من مجتمع طالبات جامعة الباحة؛ حيث بلغ عدد أفراد العينة (486) طالبة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طُبّق مقياس فاعلية الذات الأكاديمية لحمدي (2013)، واستبانة الاتجاه نحو التفكير الناقد من إعداد الباحثة (2018)، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى فاعلية الذات الأكاديمية ومستوى الاتجاه نحو التفكير الناقد- جاء مرتفعا، كما أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين فاعلية الذات الأكاديمية والاتجاه نحو التفكير الناقد. The study aimed at exploring the academic self-efficacy and its relationship to the attitudes toward the critical thinking. Additionally, the study aimed at knowing whether there is a relation between the academic self-efficacy and its relationship to the attitudes toward the critical thinking of Al Baha University female students. The study is related to two variables (the average and the specialty). The study followed the relational descriptive approach, and the sample of the study was chosen according to the random class method of Al Baha University female students, where the sample number was 486 females. To achieve the goals of the study, the scale of the academic self was applied as well as the scale of the attitudes toward critical thinking. The results of the study showed that both levels of the academic self-efficacy and attitudes toward critical thinking were high. There was also a positive relationship between the academic self-efficacy and the attitudes toward critical thinking. (Published abstract)
