هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة قادة مدارس المجاردة لإدارة الوقت وعلاقتها بالتميز الإداري لديهم من خلال التعرف على درجة ممارسة قادة مدارس محافظة المجاردة لإدارة الوقت وإدارة التميز، والكشف عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين درجات ممارسة قادة مدارس محافظة المجاردة لإدارة الوقت وإدارة التميز، تعزى إلى متغيرات: الجنس، والخبرة القيادية، والمرحلة التعليمية. وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي (المسحي)، وبتطبيق استبانة كأداة لأغراض الدراسة، وذلك على عينة من القادة والمشرفين في مدارس المجاردة بمراحلها الثلاث للعام الدراسي 1437/1438هـ، والبالغ عددهم (80) قائد وقائدة ومشرف ومشرفة، أسفرت الدراسة إلى أهم أن درجة ممارسة قادة مدارس محافظة المجاردة لإدارة الوقت ومنها: تخطيط الوقت، تنظيم الوقت، إدارة الأولويات، تقييم الالتزام بإدارة الوقت، التغلب على مضيعات الوقت، حيث جاءت الفقرات في درجة ممارسة (كبيرة جدا)، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) حيث كانت غير دالة إحصائيا بين درجات استجابات أفراد العينة، وفقا لمتغير الجنس، والخبرة القيادية، والمرحلة التعليمية، في تقديرهم لإدارة الوقت. This study aims to explore the degree of practicing time management in school principals in Al-Mjaardah governorate and its relation to their administrative excel through the following: identifying the degree of practicing time management in school principals in Al-Mjaardah governorate. And identifying the degree of practicing administrative excel in school principals in Al-Magarda governorate. Whether there were statistically significant differences at 0.05 between mean score of practicing time management in school principals in Al-Magarda governorate and administrative excel. the study population consists of school principals and supervisors in all the three educational stages in Al-Magarda in 1437-1438H (110 principals and supervisors). Main results: the degree of practicing time management in terms of time planning, time organization, priorities management, evaluation of commitment to time management, and overcoming time waste came (very high). And there is no statistically significant relation at 0.05 between the mean score of the participants' response upon the variables of gender, training courses in school management, years of experience in school leadership, and school stage un their valuation of time management.
