هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تلبية برامج التدريب التربوي لمتطلبات الإبداع الإداري لدى قادة المدارس في محافظة تربة من وجهة نظرهم، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات قام الباحث ببنائها مستفيدا من الدراسات السابقة والإطار النظري بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع قادة المدارس والبالغ عددهم (115) قائدا. وعينة الدراسة من (83) قائدا. وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة تلبية برامج التدريب التربوي لمتطلبات الإبداع الإداري جاءت عالية، وبمتوسط حسابي (3.96)، وجاءت النتائج مرتبة تنازليا على النحو الآتي: مجال التوجيه بدرجة عالية جدا (4.21)، ومجال التنظيم بدرجة عالية (3.92)، ومجال التخطيط بدرجة عالية (3.90)، ومجال المتابعة والتقويم بدرجة عالية (3.81)، كما أشارت إلى أن درجة توفر متطلبات الإبداع الإداري لدى قادة المدارس جاءت بدرجة عالية، وبمتوسط حسابي (4.07)، وجاءت المجالات مرتبة تنازليا وعلى النحو الآتي : مجال الأصالة بدرجة عالية جدا وبمتوسط حسابي (4.23)، ومجال نمط القيادة بدرجة عالية جدا ومتوسط حسابي (4.22)، ومجال المرونة بدرجة عالية جدا وبمتوسط حسابي (4.21)، ومجال الطلاقة بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي (4.07)، ومجال البيئة التنظيمية بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي (3.97)، ومجال إدارة الذات بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي (3.96)، ومجال الحساسية لحل المشكلات بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط (3.90)، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05≥α لدرجة تلبية برامج التدريب التربوي لمتطلبات الإبداع الإداري لدى قادة مدارس محافظة تربة تبعا لمتغيرات المرحلة، وسنوات الخبرة، والمسمى الوظيفي، والجنس. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة زيادة الاهتمام بنوعية البرامج التدريبية التربوية لدورها في تحقيق الإبداع الإداري. The study aimed to identify the degree of meeting the educational training programs for the administrative creativity requirements of the school leaders in the governorate of Turabah from their point of view. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and questionnaire to collect data after cheeked the validity and reliability, the study population consisted of (115) school leaders. And sample was consisted of (83) leaders. The result showed that the degree of meeting the educational training programs for the administrative creativity requirements was high, with mean of (3.96), the domains were ranked in descending order as follows: the domain of guidance was very high with mean of (4.21), the domain of organization is high degree with mean of (3.92), the domain of planning is high degree with mean of (3.90), the domain of follow-up and evaluation high degree with mean of (3.81). Also, the results showed that the degree of availability of administrative creativity requirements among school leaders was high with mean of (4.07). The domains were ranked as follows: domain of originality was very high with mean of (4.23), domain of leadership of style was very high with mean of (4.22). Domain of flexibility is very high with mean of(4.21), domain of fluency was high degree with mean of (4.07), domain of organizational environment was high degree with mean of (3.97), domain of self-management was high degree with mean of (3.96), and domain of sensitivity to problems was high degree with mean of (3.90). The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05≥α to the meeting educational training programs for the administrative creativity requirements among the school leaders due to the variables of educational level, experience, position, gender. The study recommends that the need to increase attention to the quality of educational training programs for their role in achieving administrative creativity. (Published abstract)
