So the purpose of this study is to identify the impact of recruitment strategy brainstorming in raising academic achievement for third year guidance and orientation in the educational technology scale, compared to the traditional way of teaching and the sample of the study consisted of 56 students divided into two groups, group officer examined The traditional way (28 students), and experimental group brainstorming method studied (28) and to define the objectives of the study were set up earlier in the test measure of breeding technology has been relying on semi curriculum demo. The study found the following results: statistically significant differences between the control group and degrees Mediterranean Group achievement test pilot scale technology of education for pilot group. (Published Abstract)
