The study aims to conceptualize the proposal about the role that can be played by the educational institution in dealing with digital citizenship as one of the results of the technological revolution we are experiencing in the current era, in an effort to more effectively in the face and codify the phenomenon of digital citizenship and communities default and caused by the negative aspects of the community members , and its role in providing them with a moral framework of values and governs their interactions with these virtual communities and give them the necessary foundations for digital citizenship and optimal rules. Researcher found after previous studies analysis in the field and survey the literature related to the field to visualize a proposal to the role of the educational institution in the implantation of the digital values of citizenship includes work on three main axes: the first axis: the development of educational environments supportive of digital technology and the formation of virtual communities, the second axis: the development of regulations and standards Digital deal, the third axis: to maximize the educational role of the school.
