یهدف البحث إلي تحسین الأداء التدریسي لمعلمي العلوم قبل الخدمة باستخدام البحث الاجرائي. واشتملت عینة البحث علي خمس طلاب بالفرقة الرابعة تعلیم أساسي- شعبة علوم. وقام فریق البحث بتحدید بعض المشكلات التي یعاني منها أعضاء الفریق. وقد أجمع أعضاء فریق البحث علی أن تلك المشكلة یمكن أن تحل من خلال ما یسمي بملاحظة النظراء. وتم تجمیع البیانات من خلال دلیل تطبیقي لاستخدام البحث الإجرائي التشاركي، والمقابلات الشخصیة مع معلمي العلوم قبل الخدمة المشاركین في البحث، و بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدریسي، ومفكرات الباحثة و معلمي العلوم قبل الخدمة المشاركین في البحث. وبعد تحلیل ما تم جمعه من بیانات وحساب نسبة الكسب المعدل لبلاك لمعرفة مدي فعالیة ملاحظة النظراء في تحسین أدائهم التدریسي. أسفرت النتائج عن تحسن الأداء التدریسي لمعلمي العلوم قبل الخدمة، فنسبة الكسب المعدل التی تم حسابها كانت أكبر من النسبة التی حددها بلاك. وقد أجمع فریق البحث علي أن البحث الاجرائي ساهم في حل مشكلاتهم وتحسین أدائهم التدریسي ،وسوف یستخدمونه في المستقبل. The research aims to improve the teaching performance of pre-service science teachers using action research. The research sample included five students fourth year a basic Education- Division for Science. The research team identified some problems of the team members. Research team members are unanimously agreed that this problem can be solved through the so-called peer observation. The data was collected from applied guide through the use of cooperative action research, Personal interviews with pre-service science teachers the participants in the research, and an observation instrument of the teaching performance, The diary entries researcher and pre-service science teachers the participants in the research. After analyzing the data collected and the calculation of the proportion of rate earning for Black to know how effective observation counterparts to improve their performance in teaching, Resulted in improved performance for the teaching of pre-service science teachers, The proportion of rate earning calculated was greater than that ratio identified by Black. The research team are unanimously agreed that action research contributed to solve their problems and improve their performance teaching, and will use it in the future. (Published abstract)
