هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى بناء مقرر فى حقوق الانسان لطلاب المدارس الثانوية التجارية وقياس أثره على تنمية واكساب الطلاب للمفاهيم والقضايا الخاصة بحقوق الانسان  ولذلك تم التوصل الى قائمة بمفاهيم وقضايا حقوق الانسان فى ضوء المعيار الذى تم اعداده ، كذلك تم وضع التصور المقترح لمقرر حقوق الانسان المقترح ، تم اختيار احد وحدات التصور المقترح وصياغتها تفصيلياً ، كذلك تم إعداد الاختبار التحصيلى للوحدة ، كذلك تم اختيار عينة البحث وعددها (35 ) طالبة عشوائياً من طالبات الصف الأول الثانوى التجارى  تم تطبيق الاختبار التحصيلى على عينة البحث قبل وبعد تدريس الوحدة المقترحة ، وبتحليل النتائج إحصائياً وجد ان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ( 0,05 ) بين متوسطات درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية فى الاختبار التحصيلى  قبلياً وبعدياً لصالح التطبيق البعدى للاختبار ، كذلك وصل حجم تأثير المقرر المقترح الى  (0,99 ) ، لذلك فإن المقرر المقترح لحقوق الانسان يتمتع بحجم تأثير كبير فى تنمية واكساب مفاهيم وقضايا حقوق الانسان لطلاب المدارس الثانوية التجارية. This study aimed at constructing a human rights syllabus for commercial secondary schools students and measuring its effect on developing & achievement of human rights concepts & issues, so the list of H.R concepts and issues was prepared in the light of the criterion which was prepared by the researcher , then the suggested framework for the syllabus was designed one of its unit was chosen & designed to be taught on the first year commercial secondary schools students, the achievement test was prepared the sample of (35) students was chosen randomly and the achievement test was administered before & after teaching of the unit Through analyzing the results statistically there was statistically significant differences between the mean score of the experimental group at the level of (0.05) on the pre & post administration of the achievement test in the favor of the post administration the effect size of the suggested H.R syllabus is (0.99) , so the suggested human rights syllabus has a very large effect size on the development and achievement of the human rights concepts & issues for commercial secondary schools students.
