هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع المناخ التنظيمي في جامعة شقراء من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها، ومقترحات التحسين، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق الأهداف وتطوير استبانة مكونة من (25) فقرة موزعة على (5) مجالات، طبقت على عينة عشوائية بلغ عددها (170) عضو هيئة تدريس في جامعة شقراء. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن: 1) واقع المناخ التنظيمي في جامعة شقراء، جاء بواقع مناخ تنظيمي متوسط. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، الكلية، الرتبة الأكاديمية). 3) من أهم مقترحات تحسين مستوى المناخ التنظيمي في جامعة شقراء، هو السماح لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بتبادل المعلومات والاتصال (الصاعد، والهابط، والأفقي)، واعتماد استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديث في الاجتماعات والأعمال الأكاديمية والإدارية. This study aimed determining at The Reality of the Organizational Environment at Shaqra University as Perceived by Faculty Members, it aims to analyze the relationship among the various dimensions of this environment and several variables: Gender, College, degree, then the proposal which will help to improve the efficiency and effectiveness The descriptive method has been used, through the development of building a questionnaire to achieve the purposes of the study and included (25) items with five dimensions distributed on random sample of (170) members of the faculty. The results of the study showed that organizational environment at the university is located in the level of "middle". The study did not show statistically significant differences attributed to the Gender, college and the degree. The most notable recommendations are to achieve flexibility in the administrative work through the delegation of powers and the adoption of decentralization of management, and participation in decision-making.
