استهدف البحث إعداد برنامج لتنمية مهارتي التفاوض (التواصل والإقناع ) لدى طفل الروضة وتكونت عينة البحث من (30) طفل وطفلة من أطفال مدرسه طه حسين الرسميه للغات بإداره المطرية التعليمية من المستوي التانى لرياض الأطفال ترواحت أعمارهم (6: 7 ) سنوات ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم إعداد مقياس مهارتي التفاوض (التواصل والإقناع) المصور لدى طفل الروضة (إعداد الباحثة) وإعداد برنامج لتنمية مهارتي التفاوض (التواصل والإقناع) (إعداد الباحثة) وإعداد بطاقة ملاحظة معلمة الروضة لمهارتي التفاوض (التواصل والإقناع) (إعداد الباحثة). أسفرت نتائج البحث عن فاعلية برنامج لتنمية مهارتي التفاوض (التواصل والإقناع) لدى طفل الروضة وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الأطفال على مقياس مهارتي التفاوض (التواصل والإقناع) المصور لدي طفل الروضة في القياس القبلي والقياس البعدي لصالح القياس البعدي، كما أكدت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الأطفال على بطاقة ملاحظة معلمة الروضة لمهارتي التفاوض (التواصل والإقناع) لدى طفل الروضة في القياس القبلي والقياس البعدي لصالح القياس البعدي. The study was designed a program to develop the skills of negotiation (communication and persuasion) of the kindergarten child. The sample consisted of (30) children of the Taha Hussein school of languages in AlMatareya Educational Administration from kindergarten level (6: 7) The preparation of a training program for the development of the skills of negotiation (communication and persuasion) and preparation of the kindergarten teacher's checklist negotiation skills (communication and persuasion) (prepared by the researcher). The results of the study appears effectiveness of a program to develop the skills of negotiation communication and persuasion) of the kindergarten child. The results of the study found significant differences between the children's average scores on the measure of negotiation skills (communication and persuasion) of kindergarten child before and after for the benefit of telemetric showed that there was a significant difference between the average scores of children on the kindergarten teacher's checklist (the communication and persuasion) of the preschool child in before and after for the benefit of telemetric.
