هدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور الجامعات في دعم الموهبة والابداع، والتعرف على أثر إدارة المعرفة على الموهبة والابداع، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيق أداة الدراسة على عينة عشوائية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة نجران وذلك في العام الدراسي 1439/1440 ه، بلغ عددها (84) عضوا، وتمثل نسبة 12.4 % من المجتمع الأصلي الذي يبلغ عدده (675) عضو هيئة تدريس، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: جاءت استجابات عينة الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول عبارات الاستبيان بدرجة موافقة (2.18)، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول متغير النوع، في المحاور (2، 3، 4، والاستبانة مجملة) لصالح الذكور، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حسب متغير النوع حول باقي محاور الاستبانة من المحور (1،5)، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول محور التميز البحثي لصالح التخصص (العملي)، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حسب متغير التخصص حول باقي محاور الاستبانة من المحور (2،3،4،5، الاستبانة مجملة)، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حسب متغير الجنسية حول محاور الاستبانة، مما يؤكد على اتفاق العينة حسب متغير الجنسية، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حسب متغير القيادة حول محاور الاستبانة، مما يؤكد على اتفاق العينة حسب متغير القيادة، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية من عينة الدراسة وفقاً للوظيفة، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية من العينة وفقاً للخبرة حول محاور الاستبانة (1، 3)، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة وفقاً للخبرة في محاور (2 ، 4، 5، والاستبانة مجملة)، وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج تم وضع مجموعة من التوصيات التي يمكن أن تسهم في تفعيل دور جامعة نجران في دعم الموهبة والابداع في ضوء إدارة المعرفة. The study aimed to identify the role of the universities in supporting talent and creativity, and to identify the impact of knowledge Management on talent and creativity. The researcher used the descriptive method. The study tool was applied to a random sample of faculty members at Najran University in the academic year 1439/1440 AH, (84 members), representing 12.4% of the original population of (675) faculty members. The study also reached a number of results, the most important of which were: The responses of the study sample from the faculty members on the questionnaire terms with approval level (2.18) Statistical significance of the type variable, in axes (2, 3,4 and questionnaire Total for males), there were no statistically significant differences by gender variable on the other axes of the questionnaire (1.5). There were statistically significant differences in the field of research excellence in favor of specialization. There were no statistically significant differences by specialization variable There were no statistically significant differences by nationality variable around the questionnaires, which confirms the sample agreement according to the variable of nationality. There are no statistically significant differences according to the variable of leadership. On the axes of the questionnaire, which confirms the sample agreement according to the driving variable, there are no statistically significant differences Of the sample of the study according to the post, there are no statistically significant differences from the sample according to the experience on the question axes (1, 3).
