هدفت الدراسة الحالية الكشف عن العلاقة بين المناعة النفسية والرضا الوظيفي لدى بعض معلمات التربية الخاصة، واستخدم في الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت العينة من (89) معلمة من معلمات التربية الخاصة بسلطنة عمان (مدرسة الأمل للصم، ومدرسة التربية الفكرية، ومعهد عمر بن الخطاب للمكفوفين)، واستخدمت الدراسة مقياسي المناعة النفسية والرضا الوظيفي. وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية بين المناعة النفسية والرضا الوظيفي لدى عينة الدراسة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في متوسطات المناعة النفسية والرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمات التربية الخاصة تعزى لمتغيرات نوع إعاقة الطلاب، وسنوات الخبرة. The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between psychological immunity and job satisfaction of some of special education teachers in which the descriptive approach was used. The sample consisted of (89) teachers of special education in the Sultanate (Al Amal School for the Deaf, Intellectual Education School and the Omar Bin Al Khattab Institute for the Blind). The study used psychological immunity and job satisfaction as its basic criteria. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between psychological immunity and job satisfaction among the study sample. The results also showed that there were no differences in the averages of psychological immunity and job satisfaction among special education teachers due to the variables of the type of student disability and years of experience.
