Based on assessment studies, and self-evaluation operations for a set of practical education programs which confirmed that many shortage aspects exist, this study sought to develop practical education programs in Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, according to the standards of the National Authority for Academic Evaluation and Accreditation, identifying the availability of these standards in the proposed development, and verifying the effectiveness of the proposed development of the practical education program in providing tutors planning skills and skills implemented for student teachers in the Faculty of Fundamentals of Religion of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. This study has used the descriptive analytical approach and the quasi-experimental approach. It reached the development design of a practical education program in Imam University Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in accordance with the standards of the National Authority for Academic Evaluation and Accreditation. Its most prominent components are the experience field criteria, quarterly plan for the practical education program, characterization of practical education program in accordance with the National Authority for Academic Evaluation and Accreditation model, five training sessions to prepare student teachers for the basic teaching skills, and introducing them to the ethics of teaching profession. Each session includes the specified time, the overall objective, detailed objectives, and topics of each meeting, activities, training procedures, time schedule, and a set of tools that have been adopted or developed to determine the student teachers performance level. The study reached the availability of the standards of the National Authority for Academic Evaluation and Accreditation, degrees ranging from good (4.23) to very good (4.75), it also reached the measure of the proposed development impact for student teachers to gain the targeted teaching skills that ranged from 73% to 93%. The study recommended the adoption of generalizing the development proposed on Imam University students and subjecting it to periodical evaluation and ongoing development in the light of the National Authority for Academic Evaluation and Accreditation.
