The purpose of this study was to recognize the extent of training needs for female teachers of deaf and hard of hearing students, considering institutions and inclusive programs in elementary schools. It also aimed to reveal differences in training needs according to dimensions of specialization, qualification, years of teaching experience and number of training courses related to technological Advances. To achieve this aim, the researcher used the descriptive analytic method the researcher composed a questionnaire consisted of two parts: basic data and (42) training needs. divided into three main domains, which are: Knowledge, Uses, Production. This instrument was used with the study sample which consisted of (205) teachers of the deaf and hard of hearing students in institutions and inclusive programs in elementary schools. The study results found that there was The tendency of the study sample to estimate there The most important training needs were seen in realizing the selection criteria of advanced technologies according to the deaf and hard of hearing students and in the classrooms. In uses domain , it was seen in the use of illustration (Photoshop - Illustrator) benefiting from their advantages in explaining the concepts. And in the production area, it was seen through the digital stories. The results have shown significant differences statistically by 0.05% in the study sample responses in knowledge, as a result of years of teaching experiences in addition to the differences between knowledge and its use due to academic qualification. However the study didn't show any differences as for the needs due to the variable academic qualification and the advanced technologies related training. (Published abstract)
