The problem of regret is one of the oldest psychological cases experienced by the human psyche. However, it did not receive the in-depth scientific study like other fields in psychology. The subject of regret did not receive the attention of researchers in the field of education and psychology. Of this topic is vital so target your current search: 1) to recognize the remorse of the students of the department of psychological guidance and educational guidance. 2) to identify the significance of differences in remorse in the students of the department of psychological guidance and educational guidance on the basis of variable: a -type (male - female). B-stage (stage i - fourth stage).to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher built a measure of remorse at the students of the department of psychological guidance and educational guidance and after verification of the characteristics of the scio metric of the scale of sincerity and persistence, where the indicators were found to validate the measure (honesty and authenticity, the validity of construction) and indicators of the stability of the scale (the method of re-test bug "0.84" vac cronbach and "0.89" which are good stability coefficients the standard was implemented in the final form, consisting of (30) paragraph on the sample of the research (300) students from the department of psychological guidance and educational guidance and after processing data using the appropriate statistical means showed the following results: the members of the research sample have a level of remorse12-there are differences of statistical significance in the remorse according to the variable type (male - female) for the benefit of male students3-there are differences of statistical significance in the remorse interval according to the variable phase (stage i - fourth stage) for the benefit of students in the first stage the researcher came out with a set of recommendations and suggestions.
