Based on the need for the educational field and to enable the teacher to follow the challenges and developments, in order to become more responsible, and to develop the strategically thinking so it can fulfill the needs of our current time. the researcher believes the necessity of training mathematics teachers on the new and modern methods in the educational design ,according to that, the training program had been built on three steps namely (Planning, implementation, and evaluation) and also using the feedback of each step based on (Briggs model) which consist of ten main steps (Identification of needs, organizing the course, writing goals, preparing feedbacks, analyzing objectives, strategy design, designing lessons, formative assessment, final content, and final evaluation) so we can know how it is Effective on the strategically thinking of the mathematics teachers in Iraqi school /Baghdad / AL-Karkh AL-thaniah The experiment has been conducted an arbitrary sample of ten male teacher and ten female teacher for both the experimental and other group. The results of the research and through the verification of this hypotheses shows the Superiority of the trained group according to (Briggs) model over the other group in the Strategic Thinking Scale, moreover the research shows that the female teachers were above the male teachers in the Strategic Thinking Scale, at the end he training program proved it effectiveness on the mathematics teachers dramatically.
