إن التوافق النفسي يعتمد وبصورة رئيسية على قدرة الفرد وإمكانيته على تقبل ذاته والرضا عن نفسه بملك من قدرات تجعله مؤهلا لمسايرة المجتمع عن طريق إشباع حاجاته الفردية من خلال المجتمع، ومدرس التربية الرياضية هو أحد الحلقات المهمة في سلسلة النشاط الكشفي داخل المدرسة وخارجها فهو المسؤول عن تشكيل الفرقة الكشفية وإدارة شؤونها وفق برامج حيث إن الأساس في القيادة الكشفية هي شخصية القائد الذي يجب أن يتحلى بصفات تؤهله إلى مثل هذه القيادة لكي يتمكن من أداء مهنته على الوجه الأكمل كما يكون له دور في حل مشاكل طلبته واحتوائها ومعالجتها، لذا فالتخطيط لإعدادهم يسهم في رفع الكفاءة وتحسين الأداء. أما مشكلة البحث فهي: أن التوافق النفسي مهم للقادة الكشفيين وعند حصول التوافق النفسي يكون المطور في الأداء. ويهدف البحث الى : 1) بناء وتقنين مقياس التوافق النفسي للقادة الكشفين في محافظة البصرة. 2) الكشف عن التوافق النفسي للقادة الكشفيين في محافظة البصرة. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملائمته وطبيعة البحث وحددت عينة البحث من مدرسي التربية الرياضية في محافظة البصرة، وكان عددهم (100) مدرس. استخدم الباحث استبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات، والمتضمن التعرف على التوافق النفسي للقادة الكشفيين والمتكونة من (50) فقرة وبعد تفريغ البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا استنتج الباحث ما يأتي: توجد فروق معنوية بين محاور التوافق النفسي للقادة الكشفيين في محافظة البصرة. The research aims to: 1) At the legalization of psychological adjustment of the leaders in the province of Basra scout scale. 2) Detection of psychological adjustment for Scout leaders in the province of Basra. The researcher used the descriptive approach to suitability and the nature of the research and identified a sample of physical education teachers in the province of Basra, and the number was (100) teacher . The researcher used a questionnaire as a tool to gather information, and containing the identification of psychological adjustment for Scout leaders and consisting of (50) and paragraph after the data dump and processed statistically researcher concluded the following: There is Significant differences between the psychological adjustments axes of the Scout leaders in the province of Basra.
