تمت صياغة المشكلة البحثية في التساؤل الآتي: ما هي العلاقة بين الأمن النفسي والسلوك العدواني في المرحلة العمرية من 9- 12 سنة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الأمن النفسي والسلوك العدواني لدى الأطفال في المرحلة العمرية من 9- 12 سنة، كما تهدف إلى التعرف على الفروق بين الذكور والإناث في حجم هذه العلاقة، وأيضا تهدف إلى التنبؤ وفقدان الأمن النفسي بالسلوك العدواني. تعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. تكوذنت عينة الدراسة من تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية في المرحلة العمرية من 9-12 سنة، (100 طفل من الذكور و100 من الإناث). الأدوات: مقياس الأمن النفسي (إعداد أماني عبد المقصود)، ومقياس السلوك العدواني (إعداد نبيل حافظ ونادر قاسم)، واستمارة جمع البيانات الأولية (إعداد الباحثة). استخدم الباحثون معامل ارتباط بيرسون لحساب العلاقات بين متغيرات الدراسة، وأيضا اختبار (ت) لحساب دلالة الفروق بين الذكور والإناث، وكذلك تحليل الانحدار باعتبار متغير الأمن النفسي متغيرا مستقلا والسلوك العدواني متغيرا تابعا. توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا عن 0.01 بين فقدان الأمن النفسي والسلوك العدواني، ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في حجم العلاقة بين فقدان الأمن النفسي والسلوك العدواني بين كلٍّ من مجموعة الذكور ومجموعة الإناث، وينبئ فقدان الأمن النفسي في السلوك العدواني عند الأطفال. Problems the study problem is formulated in the following main inquiry: is there any relationship between psychological security and aggressive behavior in children aged (9-12) year olds? The study purpose is to identify the relationship between psychological security and aggressive behavior in a sample of children aged (9-12) year olds of primary school. It also drives at identifying the differences between males and females regarding the size of relationship between psychological security and aggressive behavior on one hand, and the possibility to prediction of the relating psychological security to aggressive behavior at this specific age stage. The study uses the qualitative (descriptive) - correlative approach. It consists of 200 male/ female students of elementary stage divided into 100 males - 100 females whose ages range (9-12) year olds. Instruments: scale of psychological security (by: Amany Abdel Maksoud), scale of and aggressive behavior (by: Nabil Hafez & Nader Kasim), and primary data collection form (by researcher). The researcher uses Pearson coefficient correlation for calculating the relationship between the study two variables, using also t-test, for counting differences between various groups. The study uses also the regression analysis, considering psychological security variable as the independent variable while the aggressive behavior as the dependent variable. There is a positive significant statistical correlation between psychological security and aggressive behavior at 0.01 to the age stage (9- 12) year old there are no significant statistical differences between males and females regarding the size relationship between psychological security and aggressive behavior, and psychological security is considered a predicator of aggressive behavior of students.
