تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على استراتيجية في التعلم الذكي تعتمد على التعلم بالمشروع وخدمات قوقل، ومن ثم الكشف عن فاعليتها في إكساب الطلبة المعلمين بجامعة الأقصى بعض مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين: (مهارات التعلم والابتكار، ومهارات التكنولوجيا الرقمية، والمهارات الحياتية الناعمة). مما تطلب من الباحث تحديد مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين التي يجب أن يمتلكها الطالب المعلم، ومن ثم تصميم الاستراتيجية التي تتضمن منظومة من الأنشطة التي تفعل مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين. وتحقيقًا لأهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث منهج تطوير المنظومات التكنولوجية متضمنا المنهج التجريبي والمنهج الوصفي، كما قام ببناء مقاييس مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين الثلاثة، وقد طبق الدراسة على عينة من طلاب وطالبات جامعة الأقصى قدر عددهم بـ (45) طالبا وطالبة تم اختيارهم قصديًا، وبعد تنفيذ الدراسة توصل البحث إلى: الكشف عن وجود أثر فاعل للاستراتيجية المقترحة في التعلم الذكي القائمة على التكامل بين التعلم بالمشروع وخدمات قوقل في إكساب الطلبة المعلمين بجامعة الأقصى بعض مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين في المجالات الثلاثة؛ حيث تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي ولصالح التطبيق البعدي في مهارات التعلم والابتكار، ومهارات التكنولوجيا الرقمية (الجانب المعرفي، والجانب المهاري، والتوجيه الذاتي)، والمهارات الحياتية الناعمة وبفاعلية وفقًا للكسب المعدل لبلاك. The present study aimed at provide a strategy in smart learning based on learning project and Google services and then explore its effectiveness in the acquisition of teacher students at Aqsa University some skills of the twenty-one century such as (learning and innovation skills, the skills of digital technology and soft life skills). This required from the researcher to examine the twenty-first century skills that must be owned by the teacher students and then draw a strategy which includes a system of activities that facilitate the twenty-one century skills. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the experimental and descriptive approach used to develop technological systems, as he designed the criteria of the twenty- one century three skills. The study was applied to a sample of (45) students of Al-Aqsa University who were selected intentionally.After the implementation of the study, the research found out that there was an active impact of the proposed strategy in the smart learning based on the integration between learning project and Google services in the acquisition of teachers students at Aqsa University, some of the twenty –first century skills in all three areas. It also showed that there are statistically significant difference between the two pre and post applications in favor of the post application in learning and innovation skills and digital technology skills (cognitive ,skills, and self-direction dimension’s) and soft life skills effectively according to the average acquisition for Black.
