هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإدارات المدرسية في زيادة فاعلية الإذاعة المدرسية في خدمة العملية التربوية في المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في محافظة رام الله والبيرة، ودراسة دور متغيرات الجنس، والتخصص، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة في التعرف على دور الإدارات المدرسية في زيادة فاعلية الإذاعية المدرسية. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وشملت عينة الدراسة   أفراد المجتمع، من مديري ومديرات المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في محافظة رام الله والبيرة، البالغ عددهم 42 مديراً ومديرة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج: أن درجة تقدير مديري المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في محافظة رام الله والبيرة لفاعلية الإذاعة المدرسية كانت مرتفعة، وعدم وجود فروق بين مديري المدارس ومديراتها وذلك يعزى لمتغير الجنس، وخلصت إلى أن مديري المدارس ذوي التخصصات العلمية هم  أكثر اهتماماً من المديرين ذوي التخصصات الأدبية في زيادة فاعلية الإذاعة المدرسية، وأن مديري المدارس الذين سنوات خبرتهم 5 سنوات فما دون هم الأكثر اهتماماً بزيادة فاعلية الإذاعة المدرسية. This study aimed at identifying the role of school administrations in increasing the effectiveness of school radio in serving the educational process in governmental primary schools in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, and studying the role of gender, specialization, academic qualification and years of experience variables in increasing the effectiveness of school radio. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method; the sample included all members of the study population, from male and female principals of governmental primary schools in Ramallah and Al Bireh Governorate, amounting to 42 male and female principals. The study concluded to a set of results, including: that the estimation degree of the government primary school principals in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate for the effectiveness of school radio was high. It appears that there is no difference between school male and female principals attributed to the variable of gender, and that school principals with scientific disciplines are more interested in increasing the effectiveness of school radio than those with literary disciplines. It also concluded to a fact that school principals who have five year experience or less are most interested in increasing the effectiveness of school radio. (Published abstract)
