هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الأسرة في تعزيز الثقة بالنفس لدى الطفل، والمعوقات التي تواجهها، وأهم المقترحات التي تسهم في تحقيق دور الأسرة في تعزيز الثقة بالنفس لدى أبنائها. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي (المسحي)، واتخذت الاستبانة كأداة لها في جمع البيانات والمعلومات. واقتصرت الدراسة على استطلاع آراء عينة من معلمات رياض الأطفال الحكومية بمدينة الرياض، والبالغ عددهن 320 معلمة، ويمثلن 14.47% من المجتمع الكلي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج عديدة، أهمها: موافقة عينة الدراسة بدرجة عالية على سبعة من أدوار الأسرة في تعزيز الثقة بالنفس لدى الطفل، أبرزها: تمتدح الأسرة الأفعال الحسنة الصادرة عن الأطفال. موافقة عينة الدراسة بدرجة عالية على سبعة من المعوقات التي تواجهها الأسرة في تعزيز الثقة بالنفس لدى أبنائها في مرحلة الطفولة أبرزها ندرة البرامج التدريبية للأسرة في مجال تنمية الثقة بالنفس للأطفال. موافقة عينة الدراسة بدرجة عالية على أربعة عشر من المقترحات التي تسهم في تحقيق الأسرة لدورها في بناء الثقة بالنفس لدى أبنائها أبرزها إحاطة الأطفال بالحنان والعطف من قبل والديهم. The goals of this study shows the role of the family to promote her sons’ self-confidence, the barriers that the family faced to achieve this role, and the important suggestions which support the role of the family to promote her children’s self-confidence, this study depended on descriptive method and used questionnaire as a tool to collect data. This study limited to survey sample of governmental kindergartens teachers in Riyadh city, and their number 320 teachers, who represent 14.47% of the total community, and this study had applied during the first term of year 1437-1438. The most important results of the study: The individual samples of the study of kindergartens teachers in Riyadh city strongly agreed to seven roles of the family to promote self-confidence of children most notably; the family praises the good deeds of children. The individual samples of the study of kindergartens teachers in Riyadh city strongly agreed to seven barriers which the family faced to achieve her role to promote her children self-confidence in childhood most notably; the training programs to the family in the field of promoting her children self-confidence are rare. The individual samples of the study of teachers of kindergartens in Riyadh city strongly agreed to fourteen suggestions which enable the family to achieve her role to promote her son’s self-confidence most notably; the parents treats children with tenderness and kindness.
