The current study aimed to explore how much parents sacrifice economically and socially for the sake of educating their children. It also aimed to identify if there were statistically significant differences at the level of (a≤0.05) according to the study variables. The sample comprised (1513) students from both sexes. The study used descriptive analytical approach, and its tool included two parts: the first part is dedicated to collecting demographic data about respondents. The second part included 31 items distributed in two axes, the first of which comprises 14 items and deals with economic sacrifices, and the second comprises 17 items and deals with social sacrifices. Findings showed that fathers' sacrifices are moderate whereas others’ sacrifices are poor. Also showed that there were significant differences at the level of a≤0.05 for such variables as sex, kind of educational institution that students attend, parents' education, family income, siblings number, cumulative GPA and how much sacrifice parents' received in their education.
