هدفت الدراسة إلى: تعرّف على واقع استخدام الإعلام التربوي في اكساب مهارات الإعلام التربوي وفي إكساب مهارات الاتصال للتلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم من وجهة نظر أخصائيي الإعلام التربوي ومشرفي النشاط ومعلمي اللغة العربية. عينة الدراسة: تكونت عينة الدراسة من 408 أفراد، منهم 148 من محافظة دمياط، و260 من محافظة الدقهلية، وبلغ عدد أخصائيي الصحافة 113 و77 مشرف نشاط، 217 معلم لغة عربية. المنهج: إتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. أداة الدراسة: لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدت الباحثة على استمارة استبيان كأداة للدراسة. نتائج الدراسة: كانت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: 1) أجمع أفراد عينة الدراسة على أهمية استخدام الإعلام التربوي في إكساب مهارات الاتصال للتلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم، وذلك بدرجة كبيرة حسب المعيار الذي حددته الدراسة. 2) أجمع أفراد عينة الدراسة على أن درجة استخدام الإعلام التربوي في إكساب مهارات الاتصال للتلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم كبيرة حسب المعيار الذي حددته الدراسة. 3) أجمع أفراد عينة الدراسة على المعوقات بأنها تعيق استخدام الإعلام التربوي في إكساب مهارات الاتصال لدى تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الأساسي وذلك بدرجة كبيرة، حسب المعيار الذي حددته الدراسة. Objective of research was identification status of educational media Utilization in improvising communication skills for students with difficulty in education according to the openion of media specialist, activity supervisor, and arabic language teachers, and the research consisted of 408 singlets, 148 of them were from damietta, and 260 from dakahlia. The research involved 113 newspaper specialist, 77 activity supervisors, and 250 teacher of Arabic language. The research followed descriptive approach, and to achieve objectives of research, Results: The most important results that research resulted in: 1) Individuals of research agreed on the importance of educational media in providing communication skills for students with difficulty in education, which is Significant according to scale specified by the research. 2) Individuals of research agreed on the use of educational media in providing communication skills for students with difficulty in education is significant. 3) Individuals of research agreed on that constrains obstruct significantly the use of educational media in providing communication skills for students of basic education according to scale which determined by the research.
