هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة المحتملة بين قلق المستقبل ومعنى الحياة لدى مجموعتين من الطلاب المصريين المقيمين بمملكة البحرين والطلاب البحرينيين بالمرحلة الثانوية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 258 طالبا من بينهم 165 طالبا بحرينيا، و92 طالبا مصريا، واستخدم الباحث مقياس قلق المستقبل ومقياس معنى الحياة من إعداد الباحث، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائية بين الطلاب المصريين والبحرينيين في قلق المستقبل لصالح الطلاب المصريين، كما كانت هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المجموعتين في معنى الحياة وكانت الفروق لصالح الطلاب المصريين، كما وجدت علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين قلق المستقبل ومعنى الحياة لدى كل من المجموعتين. The study aims at trying to enlighten the concept of the future anxiety, also determine the relationship between future anxiety and meaning of life for sample of Egyptian students and Bahraini students, the current study sample: consists 257 students (male), dividing to 165 Bahraini students and 92 Egyptian students secondary school, and researcher used Future Anxiety Scale and Meaning of life Scale (prepared by the researcher). Results showed there are statistically significant differences between average of degrees of two groups (Egyptian students and Bahrainis students) upon the dimensions scale of future anxiety and total degree. There are statistically significant differences between average of degrees of two groups (Egyptian students and Bahrainis students) upon the dimensions scale of Meaning of life and total degree. Furthermore, results showed There is statistically significant correlation on level 0.01 between degrees of students (Egyptian students and Bahraini students) the scale of future anxiety and their degrees the scale of meaning life.
