AU - الغامدي، محمد بن فوزي AB - هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على التحديات التي تواجه تطبيق معايير الاعتماد الأكاديمي في جامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، بالإضافة إلى معرفة الفروق بين تقديراتهم تبعًا لمتغيرات الجنس والرتبة العلمية وعدد سنوات الخبرة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وبلغت عينة الدراسة 491 عضو هيئة تدريس في جامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن التحديات التي تواجه تطبيق معايير الاعتماد الأكاديمي في جامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد الدراسة نحو التحديات التي تواجه تطبيق معايير الاعتماد الأكاديمي في جامعة الإمام عبدالرحمن بن فيصل باختلاف متغيرات (الجنس، الرتبة العلمية، عدد سنوات الخبرة).
