AU - الوشمي، العنود بنت خالد AU - القحطاني، زينة بنت محمد AB - The study aims to measure the impact of organizational impact on achieving the competitive advantage in department of educational management in King Saud University and Imam Mohammed bin Saudi Islamic University. Moreover, we aim to identify the reality of organizational creation in department of educational management in King Saud University and Imam Mohammed bin Saudi Islamic University out of teaching staff and leaders. In order to meet these objectives, we used the survey and descriptive methodology. We depended on the questionnaire as a tool. We distributed it on a sample on the first semester 1438-1439. Sample society is from all leaders and teaching staff in educational management department in King Saud University and Imam Mohammed bin Saudi Islamic University, whose number is 105. The study results are: there is high degree of organizational creation and competitive advantage in King Saud University and Imam Mohammed bin Saudi Islamic University, as there are differences with statistical evidence between averages of the samples’ responses regarding to reality of organizational creation and competitive advantage. There are some recommendations; necessity of understanding the organizational creation from teaching staff and leaders of educational department in achieving the competitive advantage. There should be organizational climate for teaching staff and leaders of educational departments in solving problems surrounding. There should be dependence on technology and modern technology on achieving the competitive advantages.
