AU - القرعان، محمود أحمد AB - This study aimed to identify the students' attitudes towards Diploma reform and rehabilitation program in the training and development of Correction and Rehabilitation Centers in Jordan, the study tried to answer the following main question: What trends studying Diploma in reform and rehabilitation program in the training and development centers Center reform and rehabilitation in Jordan about the program, the study has been used descriptive analytical method, and in this study were selected members of the study sample intentional manner and number (50) and he studied schools. The study population of students in the Diploma of reform and rehabilitation program in the training and development of reform and rehabilitation centers in Jordan ,who numbered Center (50) individuals, have the results of the study showed that students trends after a good selection of the study and the desire when the estimates are high in after the level of the services provided to students in the center was average while came after management culture between Mrtah and medium-in after the planning of the study and a commitment to high and average attendance ,as the study showed that there is no statistically significant differences between the views of scholars direction Diploma reform and rehabilitation due to the military rank and years of experience and educational qualification variable. The researcher has made a number of recommendations in the light of the results of this study, including the need for increased attention to the preparation of the human element and the development of reform and rehabilitation centers, lecturers from specialists and provide the physical capabilities to hold such courses and further research and studied.
