This study aims at identifying the degree of including the concepts of general safety in the vocational education for the Intermediate Stage in the state of Kuwait. To achieve the objectives of the study. The used researcher the analytical descriptive method using the content analysis card, a list of the concepts of general safety that was developed to be incorporated in the targeted book consisted of (40) concept. It was verified for validity and reliability. The results showed that the repetition of the concepts of general safety was (811) times. The most of the concepts of general safety included the inclusion of the concept of “cleanliness” and the concept of “knowledge of the principles of first aid” where each of them repeated (60) times, by a percentage (7.40%), The least of these are the concepts of “Playing sports”, “prevention of infectious diseases” and “vaccination and its role in preventing diseases”, where each of them was repeated (3) times by a percentage (0.37%), while there were no repetitions of the five concepts of: “moving away from buying foods containing artificial dyes and colors”, “raising awareness about the dangers of firing shots at public events and weddings”, “protecting the environment from pollution”, “protecting foods and beverages from Pollution”, and “clean water sources”. In light of these results, the researcher has recommended a number of recommendations: the need to emphasize the balance in the presentation of concepts of general safety to be included in the curricula of vocational education for the intermediate stage.
