The problem of the current study was determined by the low level of skills in maintaining the educational devices of the computer teachers in the State of Kuwait. This was evidenced by the teachers’ observation during the training process, which showed their low level of skill in the maintenance of laptop and computers and the Data Show and Smart Board available in most schools Within the governorate. The aim of this study is to design a training program based on mobile learning applications to develop a set of computer maintenance skills for computer teachers. This training program is an APK mobile application based on mobile learning applications in the YouTube application, WhatsApp, GMail application and Google Drive application. The proposed criteria for designing the training program based on mobile learning applications, which were determined in (22 standards and 192 indicators).The researcher adopted the model of educational design for Mohamed El Desouki to design, produce and pilot the proposed training program.(30 main teachers and 34 sub-procedures).The current research sample was limited to (30 teachers) of computer teachers in Al-Andalus Educational Zone in Kuwait. It was based on the experimental design of the same group, the pre and post achievement test consists of (91) sample, and the pre and post observation cards consisting of 43 sub-items. The researcher used mobile learning applications, What’s app, YouTube, Google Drive, SPSS v 22.0, then the results were explained and answered the research questions and confirmed the validity of the research hypotheses, which proved the effectiveness of the proposed training program based on mobile learning applications in the development of the skills of maintenance of educational devices for computer teachers. The study recommended to benefit from this program in the field of education Training, and the provision of workshops and training courses for teachers to employ mobile learning technology in the process of education and training.
