The study aimed to identify the reality of distance learning in Finland and confront the results of Covid 19 crisis and benefit from it in the State of Kuwait. The study followed the comparative approach and the study dealt with several axes: distance learning, Corona virus (Covid 19), the reality Finland's response to the results of the Covid 19 crisis. The study concluded by providing recommendations that help advance the development of educational policies that serve distance learning and confront crises in the State of Kuwait. (Published Abstract)
