The study aimed to find out the impact of academic accreditation on the application of total quality in the University of Jordan. The study adopts the descriptive approach. The study population consists of the teaching staff and administrators working at the University of Jordan (and their number is (2,650) people, according to the statistics obtained from the university for the academic year 2018-2019. A questionnaire consisting of (33) items was used, and it was distributed to a sample of (840) people. The study found results, the most important of which is that there is a high trend towards awareness of the concept of total quality management at the University of Jordan, and the reason is the high percentage of academic qualification for educational consultants at the university, and it became clear that management is at the University of Jordan. In the process of applying total quality management and providing opportunities for employees of all groups and through building work teams, which led to continuous improvement in work performance. Among the most important recommendations of the study is the provision and allocation of financial resources for the deployment and development of quality devices at the University of Jordan from the workers' point of view.
