This study aimed to identify the differences in talent according to cognitive skills and to explore differences between talented and non-talented individuals with autism spectrum disorder. A sample of (28) autistic individuals, (8) of them were talented, (8) mothers and (10) teachers. The study used a case study and a descriptive approach. It used The Special Skills Questionnaire done by (Klein, 1986), translate by the researcher, Interview and direct observation. Qualitative results have indicated that the talented autistic individuals are similar in cognitive skills, such as selective attention, memory and their tendency to detailed information processing also they showed a set of typical behavioral and special interests. Quantitative results for talented showed that the highest averages were for both memory and stereotypical behaviors, while the less were in social interaction. There were statistically significant differences between talented and non-talented individuals with autism and the result was in favor of talented in the memory dimension and the total score.
