This study aims to identify statistical indicators, academic achievements, and future directions of the University of Balqa Al-Da'adin in light of the annual report for 2015-2016, and the strategic plan of the university (2017-2012) the researcher has used the descriptive curriculum analytical, the researcher analyzed the data and classified them to identify the various statistical indicators about the vision of the university and its objectives and values and about the number of students and faculty and scientific research at the university, indicators of community service, the number of students coming from abroad, the number of master's students, and the number of research advice in scientific journals are a global court, the percentage of the scientific research budget, and the number of administrative staff, and the researcher reached the following conclusions: the university works continuously and continuously through plans and programs to reach the university to a prominent position locally and regionally in its programs and research activities, and the standards of accreditation international to ensure quality and upgrade the level of university education, and provided the local and regional market with specialized cadres, qualified expertise capable of development and trained leaders active, and the values of the university are national development, continuous learning, justice in evaluation, sincerity, integrity, leadership and innovation, and teamwork, the results of the study also found that Balqa Medical University is one of the leading universities in the field of higher education in Jordan, and it is one of the oldest universities where it was established in 1997. The university comprises (18) university and middle university colleges, and oversees all the community's public, military, private and international colleges and number (40), and includes academic specialties including (59) program in bachelor's and middle degree (98), and (20) in master's and works at the university (1467) faculty member of different academic ranks and (2707) employees in administrative departments and the ratio of academics to administrators (1-18). In the 1997-1998 semester, in the field of scientific research, projects supported by abroad amounted to 3.5 million dinars and were geared towards solar energy projects, tourism, engineering, technology and agriculture.
