The study aimed to explore the level of organizational justice among school principals within the green line and its relationship with organizational commitment of the teachers from their point of view. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive correlation design was used, and the development of a two parts questionnaire: the first part is the organizational justice consisting of (26) items divided into (3) areas: the field of distributive justice, (8) items, the field of procedural justice, interactive justice (9) items. The second part of organizational commitment consisting of (18) items, the questionnaire was applied to a sample of teachers within the green line in (30) schools divided into (3) stages of education, the primary stage (10) schools, the preparatory stage (10) schools and the secondary school (10) schools, were (354) teachers. The results showed that organizational justice in all its dimensions was in high level, and the dimension of interactive justice among the principals within the green line from the teachers’ perspective in all educational stages was in the first rank. As for the level of organizational commitment of teachers, the study found that there is a high level of organizational commitment of teachers, also the study revealed a positive correlation between the field of organizational commitment and organizational justice in all its dimensions. The study concluded several recommendations to conduct studies on the study variables in different environments and compare them with other cultures such as western culture, training managers on how to distribute tasks and roles among teachers.
