The study aimed at identifying the degree of practicing principals of middle schools in the State of Kuwait for organizational justice and its relation to the organizational commitment of teachers, the impact of gender variables, scientific qualification and years of experience. The study sample consisted of (311) teachers and teachers. The researcher developed a tool to measure the variables of the study, which consisted of two parts: 1) to measure the degree of practicing principals of middle schools in the State of Kuwait for organizational justice, and it consists of (29) paragraphs distributed over (4) (Distributive justice, procedural justice, interactive justice, and evaluative justice) The second is to measure the organizational commitment of teachers. It consists of (30) paragraphs distributed over (4) areas (commitment towards school, commitment to teaching work commitment to the profession of education, commitment towards colleagues). The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing principals of middle schools in the State of Kuwait for organizational justice from the point of view of teachers is medium in all areas and on the paragraphs of the tool combined. The results also showed that the level of organizational commitment of teachers of intermediate schools in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of the teachers themselves is medium in all fields and the paragraphs of the tool combined, The results also found a correlation between the degree of the principals' practice in the State of Kuwait for organizational justice and the organizational commitment of teachers. The study recommended a number of recommendations for the improvement of administrative practices in public education schools for their effective role in achieving organizational justice; organizing special courses for school principals in order to raise awareness of the concepts of organizational justice and how to activate them.
