This Study Aimed To Detect The Degree Of The Possession The Strategies Of Remedial Teaching Skills By Science Teachers In Amman For Elementary Grades. A Sample Of Male And Female Teachers Of Science That Includes (60) Male Teachers And (60) Female Teachers About The Possession Of The Strategies Of Remedial Teaching For The Elementary Grades Within The Fourth To The Eighth Grades, This Sample Was Selected By Intention and was followed by the descriptive approach. And The Statistics showed The Following Findings: The Existence Of Clear Differences With Clear Indication (0.05) Between The Female And Male Teachers Of The Implantation Of Remedial Teaching Strategies And That Was More for The Female Teachers. And The Existence Of Differences With Indication (0.05) Between The Teachers And That Was More For The Teachers With Higher Qualification. And The Existence Of Differences With Indication (0.05) Between The Teachers And That Was More For The Teachers With Experience Between 5 And 10 Years. (Author’s abstract)
