تقييم الأداء الإداري والتربوي لمعلمي التربية البدنية من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين ومديري مدارس المرحلة الابتدائية بمنطقة الجوف



The study aims to identify the degree of administrative and educational performance of sports’ teachers in Aloof province, Saudi Arabia. It also aims to figure out the presence of statistically significant differences according to the province’s cities variable. To realize these targets, the researcher designed a questionnaire including 38 terms. These terms were applied to a sample of seventy-nine head teachers and supervisors in Aljouf province. The descriptive approach was used by the researcher. The results have shown that there is high degree in the administrative and educational side for the sport’s teachers in Aljouf province at Saudi Arabia. Also the results have shown that there are statistically significant differences at the degree (= 0.05α) between the arithmetic means of the study sample attributed to the province’s cities for the benefit of Sakaka, followed by Qurayat, then Sowair and then finally Tabarjal.(Published Abstract)
