Introduction: Public relations have witnessed great interest by many countries at the level of governments and institutions because of the economic and social development accelerated leading to a private public relations departments. Importance: It focused on the subject did not address the former female students, a role of public relations in the supply of university youth of the information available. Goals: To identify the quality of information that young people prefer to follow-up the activities and versions of the public relations department at universities. Methodology: the research was adopted on the survey methodology. Tools: A questionnaire for young university with some Egyptian universities. Sample: activities of the public relations department of universities, and the sample is youth- strong 400 single to existing as well as connect to both universities and strength 53 single. Results: Were the reasons for the follow- up communication activities to manage public relations and media, according to the progress occurrences came in ranked first, “Offering a more recent information” by 70.2%, followed by “Provide information about the university with the support of some of the news and statistics” by 49.2% and then “offers a variety of information” by 41.5, while in fourth place, “I take advantage of the follow-up activities of the university” 16%, followed by “Tell me about everything new in the faculties and other colleges” by 9.8%, then “Ease understanding of the information” by 8.8%, and finally, “I believe in what they offer information” by 3.5. Do not significant differences between socioeconomic groups about the extent of knowledge of university youth activities, public relations by the respondents. (Published Abstract)
