The study aimed to identify the level of competencies of middle school pupils which are required to construct a perception of their personal project, academic and professional, as well as to identify the differences in their competencies due to gender and the academic level. Competencies questionnaire to middle school pupils to construct a perception of their personal project, academic and professional, was used. The study sample consisted of (108 pupils). The results are: competencies level of middle school pupils to construct a perception of their personal project academic and professional – is medium. There are differences in their competencies due to gender and academic level. (Published abstract)
