The approach to competencies falls within the field of education. This topic has been an educational topic. This study has received wide attention among scholars and researchers. Through this study، we sought to know whether this approach is appropriate for the teaching process in the light of the Ministry's recent strategies and the effectiveness of this approach and its contributions in the field of education. To what extent can the approach to competencies contribute to the success of the educational process in the light of recent strategies adopted? In this study we relied on one measurement tool namely observation where we attended several classes in primary schools and selected a sample fourth year and we recorded several observations and analyzed them.
