This study aims to identify the models of organizational power and its relationship with the management of organizational conflicts in Algerian secondary education establishments. In order to verify these hypotheses, in this study we relied on the descriptive analytical approach with the use of the questionnaire as a basic tool for data collection. We reached through this study the following results: 1) There is a strong positive relationship between power models and the management of organizational conflicts from the point of view of educational actors in Algerian secondary education establishments. 2) There is a weak positive relationship between the authoritarian style of authority and the management of organizational conflicts from the point of view of educational actors in Algerian secondary education establishments. 3) There is an intermediate positive relationship between the style of democratic authority and the management of organizational conflicts from the point of view of educational actors in Algerian secondary education establishments. 4) There is a positive and medium relationship between the chaotic style of authority and the management of organizational conflicts from the point of view of educational actors in Algerian secondary education establishments. 5) There is a strong positive relationship between the participatory power style and the management of organizational conflicts from the point of view of educational actors in Algerian secondary education establishments. 6) There is a positive median relationship between the reciprocal power style and the management of organizational conflicts from the point of view of educational actors in Algerian secondary education establishments. 7) There are differences in the management of organizational conflicts among workers in secondary education establishments due to seniority at work. 8) There is a positive median relationship between the reciprocal power style and the management of organizational conflicts from the point of view of educational actors in Algerian secondary education establishments. 9) There are differences in the management of organizational conflicts among workers in secondary education establishments due to seniority at work. 10) There is a positive median relationship between the reciprocal power style and the management of organizational conflicts from the point of view of educational actors in Algerian secondary education establishments. 11) There are differences in the management of organizational conflicts among workers in secondary education establishments due to seniority at work.
