The study aimed to investigate the level of teaching self-efficacy among the teachers of the first three grades’ students in Bani kenan Directorates/Irbid City, it also sought to reveal the possibility of differences in teaching efficacy in the light of the variables of gender, experience, teacher rank, and academic qualification. The sample consisted of (302) male and female teachers, who were selected by a simple random sample from Bani Kenana District schools during the first semester of the academic year (2021-2022). The data of the study was obtained using the Baqii scale (2016) of teaching efficacy. The study showed that there is a high degree of teaching self-efficacy among teachers of the first three grades, and for all dimensions of the teaching efficacy scale, it revealed statistically significant differences according to the variables of gender, experience and teacher rank in favor of females and those with experience over (15) years and the rank of senior teacher, and showed that there are no differences due to the educational qualification variable. The study recommended the importance of conducting research that seeks to raise teaching self-efficacy for all teachers. (Published abstract)
