الصعوبات التي تواجه معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى : دراسة ميدانية في مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم التابعة للواء الرمثا
The current study aimed to identify the difficulties faced by the teachers of the first three grades in the schools of the Directorate of Education of the Ramtha District. The study sample consisted of (200) teachers of the first three grades. The study concluded that the level of difficulties faced by the teachers of the first three grades in the schools of the Directorate of Education affiliated to the Ramtha district came with a high degree. Scientific, years of experience, and enrollment in training courses. In the light of the results reached, the study recommended the following: directing the Ministry of Education to provide educational guides and methodological materials accompanying the curricula for teachers of the first three grades to teach, and holding training programs and workshops regarding modern teaching methods, especially active learning strategies, and working to provide everything required to apply it.
