And by applying the test designed to measure the skills of linguistic comprehension monitoring among deaf students in the primary stage, it became evident that the sample students’ level was weak in the skills of linguistic comprehension monitoring specified in the research at the main skills of planning, self-monitoring, and evaluation. Therefore, the research recommends the need to pay attention to developing the skills of observing language comprehension among deaf students, developing educational programs that help in developing these skills for them, and using appropriate teaching methods and strategies for that. At the end of the research, a set of recommendations and proposals were presented. (Published abstract)
