This research aimed to develop self-learning skills and the attitude towards participatory learning among chemistry teachers by applying a training program based on artificial intelligence. The research group consists of 25 chemistry teachers which selected in the Heliopolis Educational Administration, the research tools were built which are a test of self-learning skills and a scale of attitude towards participatory learning and the research tools were applied to them before the training program was applied to them in a period of three weeks, and the research tools were re-applied after the training program, and the results showed that There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of teachers in the pre and post test of self-learning skills as a whole and each of its dimensions in favor of the post application, in addition to the presence of a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) between the average teachers’ marks. In the pre and post, scale of attitude towards participatory learning as a whole and each of its dimensions in favor of the post application, and this indicates the effectiveness of the training program in the development of self-learning skills and the attitude toward participatory learning.
