This study aimed to identify the reality of organizational conflict management in the Deanship of Programs at the University of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic from the point of view of administrators and faculty members. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was distributed to the study sample of administrators and faculty members n=147. It consisted of 34 items distributed in two sections and reached the following results: The study sample agreement on the reality of organizational conflict management in the Deanship of Preparatory Programs at the University of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic came to a medium degree; the dimension of settlement came first (center between the designer and the cooperative) with an average of 3.51, in the second order came the of courtesy (non-designer and cooperative) with an average of 3.06. In the third order after the dimension of the collaborator (designer and cooperative) with an average of 3.03. The fourth dimension was confrontation (designer and uncooperative) with an average of 2.95. The study sample agreed to a high level the proposals that help in managing the organizational conflict in the Deanship of Preparatory Programs. The first point was “organizing work procedures in the Deanship of Preparatory Programs to avoid conflicts.” The second one was “Establishing an environment that limits the incidence of conflicts among workers.” The study found that there were statistically significant differences in the response of the study sample due to the variable of the scientific qualification, while there were no differences due to the variables of the number of years of experience, type of work.
