The current research aimed to identify narcissistic admiration and its relationship to self-disclosure and intimate friendship among university students, and the correlation between its three variables. The research sample consisted of (130) male and female students from the College of Education for Pure Sciences / Ibn AlHaytham, University of Baghdad. Adopted standards have been applied: narcissistic admiration, self-disclosure, and intimate friendship, by using the descriptive correlational research method, and the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the t-test, the results showed: the prevalence of narcissistic admiration and intimate friendship among university students, while it appeared that the hypothetical mean is greater than the arithmetic mean of the self-disclosure scale and that the difference between the two means is not statistically significant. There is a statistically significant positive correlation between the variables of narcissistic admiration and self-disclosure, and between self-disclosure and close friendship, and that the relationship between the variable of narcissistic admiration and intimate friendship is a positive non-statistically significant correlation, and the results resulted in some recommendations and proposals.
