This study aimed to identify the skills needed for students first grade average accommodate audio in of English, and building program interactive video proposal for the development of skill listening comprehension in of English among students in the first grade average, and to detect its impact on the development of skill listening comprehension in substance language English among students in the first grade average, through hypothesis testing statistical disclosure about the significance differences between the average experimental and control groups in scores measuring dimensional test grades, as well as disclosure of significant statistical differences between the average experimental and control groups in scores measuring dimensional card note. The researcher used the descriptive method and experimental approach the study found the following results: there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.01) between the experimental and control groups in the telemetry scores in the cognitive achievement test scores in favor of the experimental group taught using interactive video). Between the pre and post measurements of the experimental group by achievement test in favor of the telemetry, between the experimental and control groups in the post measurement of the scores of the application of the observation card in favor of the experimental group, and between the pre and post measurements of the experimental group note card for post-measurement, and between the two measurements pre and post control group on the achievement test in favor of telemetric. Also, there were no statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurements of the control group on the observation card, except after general understanding in favor of the post. The study recommended the use of interactive video-based program in the teaching of English to develop the skills of listening comprehension in addition to the development of other language skills such as reading and writing in middle school students and stressed the need for teachers to use learning strategies based on the integration of teaching interactive video so that the learning process learning about the student as the focus of the process.
