The aim of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of a proposed program in musical education in developing the skills of playing musical notes among the 4th grade girls of kindergarten dept., college of education, and to achieve this goal, the research group was selected and the semi-experimental approach with one group and pre and post measurement was used for the two research tools. Research results: 1) There is a statistically significant difference at (5.0) between the mean scores of the research group before and after studying the proposed program in the note playing the musical notes. 2) The effectiveness of using the posse strategy in musical education in developing the skills of playing the musical notes of the 4th grade girls of kindergarten dept.
