This study aimed to identify the degree to which school principals apply servant leadership and its relationship to promoting the principle of Autodidacticism in their schools from the teachers’ point of view. The descriptive correlative approach was used through the development of a two-part questionnaire dealing with the first part of servant leadership, and it consisted of six axes (empowerment, vision, trust, communication, administrative organization, teacher performance development) and the indications of honesty and stability were extracted from it. The results showed that the degree to which the principals of Kasbah Mafraq District schools practice servant leadership from the teachers’ point of view came to a high degree. The second is the development of the entrepreneurial characteristics, and indicatives of honesty and stability were extracted for them. The results showed that the degree to which school principals strengthened the principle of hot going in their schools from the teachers’ point of view from the teachers’ point of view came to a high degree, and the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) due to the effect of gender. Academic qualifications, years of experience in all fields, and the total degree. The study also showed a positive correlation between the degree of school principals’ application of servant leadership and its relationship to promoting the principle of Autodidacticism in their schools from the teachers’ point of view. The researcher recommended the development of training programs and joint workshops for school principals and teachers in order to develop their leadership skills and develop their knowledge about the nature of servant leadership and the mechanism of its use in the educational process. Holding training courses on teacher development professionally and academically and conducting more studies on the role of servant leadership and its impact on scientific Educational and teaching in the directorates of education in other regions and compare its results with the results of the current study.
